A seasoned cream cheese stuffed jalapeño, wrapped in bacon, smoked until crispy, and glazed. The sweetness balances the moderate heat perfectly.

Mexican Street Corn, or Elotes off-the-cob

Plump yellow corn kernels, charred and mixed with our special blend of diced jalapeños, cotija cheese, and tajin. Creamy, savoury, just a touch of spicy, this dish is a wonderful compliment to smoked meats.

Our house-made potato salad is thick, stick to your ribs, creamy, with just a bit of kick. We’ve all had unimpressive potato salad at a bbq. This isn’t that.

Coleslaw is often overlooked but we really think bbq is better when it’s combined with something crisp and fresh, with the appropriate amount of acidity to balance the intense umami flavors of smoked, well-rendered meats.

Banana pudding is often a staple in traditional bbq. Our twist is really something special. It’s a traditional pudding with banana slices, crumbled chocolate chip cookies, and peanut butter whip cream. It’s light, airy, and oh so good!

The nice thing about bbq is that it’s ready now. All the loving preparation happened in the 24 hours leading up to service so pickup orders can be filled in mere minutes during our service hours.
